Blueprint Fitness – Training Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a coaching plan, training package, or weekly membership from Blueprint Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

🔹 Program Validity & Usage

  • 12-Week Coaching Plans include a set number of training minutes (720, 1,080, or 1,620) valid for 12 consecutive weeks from the start date.

  • Weekly Training Plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly) and include either 30- or 45-minute sessions.

  • Training Packages (10-packs) are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

  • Training sessions may be redeemed in either 30- or 45-minute increments depending on your selected plan.

🔁 Rollover Policy

  • Unused session time automatically rolls over each billing cycle while your subscription remains active.

  • If your plan is canceled or expires, all rollover time remains valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation.

  • Rollover minutes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

  • After 60 days of inactivity or cancellation, any unused time will be forfeited.

📆 Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions must be scheduled via the Blueprint Fitness online booking system.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your plan.

  • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred time slots.

💳 Payments, Refunds & Transfers

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Plans, packages, and sessions are non-transferable.

  • In cases of medical emergencies or extended illness, accommodations may be made at the discretion of Blueprint Fitness.

  • Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Clients are responsible for managing their renewal preferences.

🧍 Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times regardless of late arrival.

  • If you are ill, injured, or unable to train, notify your trainer as soon as possible.

  • Sessions may include warm-up, workout, coaching feedback, and/or cool-down time based on your goals and trainer discretion.

⚠️ Trainer Cancellations

  • In the rare event your trainer must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost to you and will not count against your session total.

By enrolling in any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. Blueprint Fitness reserves the right to modify these policies with notice.
