Refunds through Paddle

Body Blueprint is provided by Puckett's custom sporting goods in the United States. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases and handles refunds. We adopt Paddle's Refund Policy, including its applicable refund periods and statutory consumer rights, rather than setting a separate seller refund period.

How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net to locate your purchase and request a refund. Have your purchase email, receipt or transaction reference ready. For help from the seller, contact puckettscse@gmail.com. Paddle assesses and processes requests under its policy and applicable law.

Manual payments, expiry and access

Manage plans and purchase history on the plan page (/upgrade). Monthly ($9.99 USD) and Yearly ($89 USD) are one-time payments for one calendar month or year from completed payment. Each new period requires your manual payment. Nothing renews automatically; there are no recurring payments, hidden fees or unknown fees. Any applicable taxes and the total are shown before payment. There is no automatic renewal to cancel, and Premium simply ends at the paid-period expiry with no further charge. Your account, workouts, check-ins and progress tracking remain available free. Lifetime ($249 USD) is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.

Any approved refund, including a partial refund, revokes Premium tied to that purchase. Premium tied to a purchase ends immediately when Paddle reports that a chargeback has opened, without waiting for the final dispute outcome, even if the customer may later win. A later chargeback reversal does not automatically restore that purchase's Premium access. A warning of a possible future chargeback alone does not end access. These access rules do not limit Paddle's refund handling or your statutory rights.
